ESCALERA, Jhonatan; RUIZ ANDIA, Rodrigo and FERNANDEZ DAZA, Virginia Mercedes. Impact factors in the assessment of servicesprovided by sports centers in Cochabamba using multivariate data analysis. Perspectivas [online]. 2025, n.55, pp.9-48. Epub May 15, 2025. ISSN 1994-3733. https://doi.org/10.35319/2ypj2q06.
The actual thesis focuses on the evaluation of services offered by sports centers in Cochabamba, Bolivia, from the user’s perspective. The main objective of the research is to determine the factors that influence this evaluation, using multivariate data analysis.
The study identifies several key factors that impact the perceived quality of the service, including the technical factor, service personnel, communication, activity, material, infrastructure, general satisfaction, and value. Each of these factors is analyzed to understand its contribution to the user experience in sports centers.
The methodology employed includes data collection and statistical analysis, allowing for the establishment of significant relationships between the different factors and service perception. Through this research, the aim is to provide recommendations that help improve the quality of sports services in the region, benefiting both users and managers of these centers.
The thesis not only contributes to academic knowledge about the evaluation of sports services but also offers practical insights for the continuous improvement of quality in this sector in Cochabamba.
