Abstract

The research aimed to determine how finances impact business success in Ecuador. It has a quantitative approach, the survey was applied to 384 companies. The results show that the majority of companies, with more than six years of operation, recognize the importance of satisfying the needs and desires of their customers to promote business growth; They exhibit adequate economic health, with improvements in sales and reduction of expenses to overcome possible deficits from previous years. It is concluded that finances do not have a significant impact on business success in Ecuador during the 2021 period; Therefore, the relationship between finances and success is not limited only to the generation of income, but also to the ability to efficiently manage resources.
