Currently, the job satisfaction of workers has a fundamental role in increasing the productivity of any organization; successful organizations seek to be places with an excellent work environment since this element guarantees an increase in job satisfaction. The effects of not managing employees effectively are severe and affect the fulfillment of institutional objectives, and, consequently, the general performance of the organization is affected.

The purpose of this work is to analyze the relationship that exists between Job Satisfaction and Productivity of the workers of the Financial Intermediation Entities of the Banking System of the city of Tarija; This work is supported by the theories of Robbins Stephen P. and Mary Coulter (2005) and Robbins Stephen P. and Timothy A. Judge (2013), theories in which both variables are found (job satisfaction and productivity).
