When women decide to form their own business, they find themselves in the need to survive the market, facing various factors that affect their entrepreneurial dynamics, these factors being crucial when defining the success or failure of their business. Success factors are understood as factors that promote or favor entrepreneurship. Failure factors are defined as barriers or unfavorable aspects that prevent businesses from growing and developing.
Through simple cross-sectional exploratory and descriptive methods, the research will determine which factors are selected for success and failure in the development of productive enterprises in the dairy sector in charge of women from the Municipality of Batallas in the city of La Paz, through the analysis of six indicators, culture, educational level and training, financial aspects, predisposition and access to modern technologies, formation of social networks and attitude towards risk.
