Abstract

GUTIERREZ ANDRADE, Osvaldo Walter. Basic characterization of the economic conduct of the plurinational State of Bolivia. Perspectivas [online]. 2016, n.38, pp.85-104. ISSN 1994-3733.

For the presentation that follows, to reflect on the current of the Bolivian State economic dynamics, it is necessary to include a dimension, what could well be called State conduct, i.e. the State whereas beyond their legal structures, and in front of their social foundations, or between the two, the cornice narrow and diffuse to linked with the State with society. State behavior, is the State Act, the incarnate State in persons, interests, obvious facts, appropriate social values, moral standards, interlocutado with the citizen, marginalizing it, subordinating the social actor or rescuing it to carry out its own historicity. In this sense, the hypothesis that is handled in this document, is that Bolivia is led, largely, in the field economic, as a State of well-being Latin American. With the risks and reaches occurred historically in many countries that have followed this path. Has been applied the basic matching methodology; i.e. after an initial classification of this type of State; it has enabled comparison, level economic, of salient aspects of the plurinational State of Bolivia, inside this context.

Keywords : State of Welfare; State Latin America; Conduct State.
