The present graduation project aims the assignment of an economic value to the company Casa de Funerales "Celestial Ltda." which uses as foundation in the negotiation of a price of sale. For this purpose there was realized an external, internal and financial analysis of the company by means of the use of tools of investigation and analysis. Once completed the external analysis, internal analysis and financial analysis of the company, the economic value was obtained across two different classes of methods of valuation, which are: Method Based on the Profitability and Countable Method. The method based on the profitability was used as Free Discounted Cash flow applied to five future years which were projected under suppositions and mathematical models. The countable method was used as the Countable Value of the Equity, which was calculated by information obtained of the last historical year.
