The present article aims to develop a model that can systematize the processes of incubators in Companies in Cochabamba. It has been developed in a descriptive and purposeful study. We have reviewed models of successful incubation and they have been adapted according to the characteristics and reality in our country. This model can be adapt and be successful for all the departments in Bolivia and for the different economic areas
