Abstract

The present work has been developed in order to know the value of Automundo Bolivia S.R.L. Company, due to the uncertainty from the owners when they wanted to incorporate new partners. In order to achieve this goal, two valuation methods were used: First, the method based on the discounted of funds flow, which required a detailed forecast from the main accounts of the financial statuses and being able to deduct them using a calculated rate based in the business risk; The second method based on the balance is the value assigned to the company for the next five years according to a forecast in the evolution in their financial statuses.. Finally, it was noted that the company has a performance with an increasing trend over the last years, being able to project a positive behavior and as a result an appropriate value according to its development.
