The world of today and always, not do without the leadership function; societies, groups and countries need leaders. In this article, compiled and summarized from the book "three dimensional leadership"; We analize the characteristics that leaders should have to influence positive and transformation in the areas in which they operate. Raised work analyzes in the first instance, the terms of a traditional and secular, leading with a vision of one-dimensional. Then, is the approach of the premises and the doctrinal basis for the design of the model of three-dimensional leadership taking as reference the model of Jesus Christ, who said in the Bible, in John 14:6; "I am the way, the truth and the life." This fundamental proposition, are extracted three dimensions of leadership to consider: training (fitness), values (attitude) and transformation (action).
