Is a quantitative analysis on the influence of motivation and incentive policies on human resources of the Cooperativa de telecommunications Oruro Ltda. The work emphasizes that there are factors that condition the people feel good in a working environment on job satisfaction and is wants to find through the application of econometric models, these factors that lead to a full job satisfaction, and therefore on the basis of the results, planning guidelines intended to improve the organizational climate, so to properly motivate the worker, it is necessary to know their needs, tastes, preferences and especially because and as motivated.
