The object of research is concerned with the study of the perceptions of consumere about the product quinoa. In that sense, the objective approach comprises positioning strategy based on the attributes of quinoa, considering the perception of consumere about quinoa, following the consumption of the product in the environment is considered low, even being a star product in European countries and other parts of the worid for its high nutritional value and health benefits.
