In this paper we present the results of research carried out in order to estimate the market, company, and housing demand in Tarija - Bolivia, and also to determine the salient features of that market. For this, we resort to a quantitative and qualitative market research, including multivariate regression analysis. Although the topic of the demand is quite old, worked largely by economists worldwide, at an enterprise level, there are still weaknesses in its determination, the lack of historical information, the lack of a belief in the benefits to be gained in decision making, to the executives, are the triggers for every time we downplayed, forgetting that the business strategy lies over the concept of market and, of course, that of demand
