In late 2013, Bolivia is experiencing an environmental crisis due to a combination of the effects of climate change and the impacts that developmentalist policies are having on the environment, as environmental controls are relaxed. This article shares information and analysis on the consequences of this dangerous synergy that is increasing the country’s level of vulnerability and risk.
