After several years of practically sterile debates about whether or not climate change is taking place globally and in Bolivia, the reality at the end of 2013 shows us plentiful evidence of how its effects are impacting on the lives of people in both rural and urban areas. In this issue, six specialists analyse the problem of climate change in Bolivia, in the light of the paradigm of Living Well, government policies and the international context.
