The crisis in theChileaneducationsystem in general, and universityeducation in particular, has beenmademanifest in studentprotestswith a highlevel of popular support, whichhave placed issuessuch as equityonthe agenda forpublic debate. Thisarticleprovidesinformationabouttheimplementation and impact of inclusive programmesthat are currentlybeingtaken forward in threeChileanuniversities, theexperiences, strengths and weaknesses of whichcouldwell be usefultoothercountries in theregion.
