Hydrocarbons are the core of the Bolivian economy. In this dialogue, experts on the subject scrutinize the situation in the sector following nationalization, analyse the international environment in which the sector will operate in the next few years, provide answers to the potential for industrialisation and share a critical view of the role of YPFB and the challenges it faces.
