The autism is a disorder of neurodevelopmental, which in most cases are not possible to detect a specific etiology. It has an incidence of 1 case per 150 children. Predominates in males by a ratio of 4: 1. The diagnosis is made on clinical grounds. The aim of the research is to know what is the clinical presentation of Autistic Disorder in our midst, diagnosis and treatment used. It realized Case Series study, review medical records of patients under 10 years with a diagnosis of Autistic Disorder (DA) who came to pediatrics- neurology of Caja Nacional de Salud Hospital Obrero N° 2 in Cochabamba - Bolivia, since January 1st, 2013 to January 3 1 st, 2015; recorded at that time 10 patients, 9 males and one female. The age of diagnosis most often was at 2 and 10 years. The clinical presentation in most cases is characterized by changes in social behavior, uncontrolled impulses and evasion of eye contact. It was concluded that it is important to have adequate medical history and remember the diagnosis criteria to make an accurate diagnosis and provide timely treatment.
