Abstract

Growing pains are a clinical entity that even does nothave a based reason because there are many theories that try to explain the ethiopathogeny as the theory of the fatigue theory, the anatomical theory, emotional theory, growth theory among others. It comes in a well-established age group of 3 to 12 years, with a prevalence of 2.6 and 49.4%. The diagnosis is entirely clinical, the therapeutic pillar are stretching exercises which are associated with Non- Steroidal Anti- Inflammatory (NSAIDs) or analgesics.
