Abstract

Infertility and assited reproduction techniques are central topics of Reproductive Psychology because they can lead to emotional and psychological disorders, frustration and a lot of stress. Most of the time, the psychological impact of fertility treatments is negative and the psychological orientation and/or interventions show positive results that can regulate the emocional imbalance in the infertile couples.The current article suggests thinking about the importance of the psychologist presence in the human reproduction unit; being the aim of the document to emphasize the need of infertility s interdisciplinary work.
