Abstract

Nitric oxide (NO), a gas with harmful characteristics to the atmosphere. Is considered the most potent vasodilator in the body and has many beneficial effects in the cardiovascular field as in neurology, immunology, gastrointestinal, lung, genitourinary and other branches of medicine. With the following article intend to give a summary of biochemistry, training, and regulatory as well as the clinical relevance of NO. In addition to the demonstrated success in many overhead medicine especially its effects vasodilators.
