The external opening of Spontaneous cholecysto-cutaneous fístula is generally in the right (straight) hypochondrium. Nevertheless, other sites(places) can be implied as the left hypochondrium (45 %), the navel (27 %),the right lumbar region, the right iliac fossa and the region glútea. So the target: to present a case is a introduce of a patient with Spontaneous cholecysto-umbilcal fístula, secondary to cholecystolithiasis.Attented in the Instituto Gastroenterológico Boliviano-Japonés. Patient female of 47 year old Woman of age with clinical picture of abdominal pain of twenty-two years of evolution, located in right(straight) hypochondrium, with exit of purulent material of yellow - greenish color across an orífice of approximately 3 mm, placed in the umbilical region. It was realized fistulography across the umbilical orifice and distance was visualized fístula from the navel to the biliary bladder;the cystic conduit and the choledocho were permeable. It's treated itself surgically, was realized cholecystetomy by resection of the distance fístula.
