We describe a case of a 34 years old pregnant woman,with a pregnancy of 14 weeks, associated a uterine miomatosis, with the antecedent of two abortions as consequence of the same, who were treated surgically.As prevention to an abortion in the present pregnancy a miomectomy is done, obtaining satisfactory results.An extensive revision was done in relation to the miomectomy analyzing its frequency, risk factors, ethiology, diagnostic and its therapeutic aptitudes. Many publications recommend in these cases a conservative treatment, however thanks to the innovation of concepts, better ability and surgery technique many patients in the maternity German Urquidi with pregnancy and miomatosis, were submitted to miomectomies during pregnancy, concluding the pregnancy with success. However we have to consider the risks that include the process to the mother and the product.
