Abstract

GUARDIA CRESPO, Marcelo. JÓVENES HIPERCONECTADOS: PRODUCCIÓN Y CONSUMO DE CONTENIDOS EN EL ENTORNO COMUNICACIONAL CONTEMPORÁNEO. Punto Cero [online]. 2023, vol.28, n.47, pp.66-80.  Epub Dec 01, 2023. ISSN 1815-0276.  https://doi.org/10.35319/puntocero.202346137.

Academia is moving towards more complex approaches that decentralize the media and social networks as the sole generators of consciousness. Research on youth is challenged to understand cultural processes from the perspective of the actors. This reflection reviews scientific literature and identifies the variables: identity, participation and disinformation; as relevant. It contrasts them with the results of field research conducted on young people in urban and rural areas, concluding that young people are developing material and symbolic survival strategies based on concrete interests and challenges the official adult world because it puts the future at risk, in all its social components.

Keywords : Youth; identity; cifizen participation; information; desinformation; hyperconnection.
