Abstract

In the context of disinformation existing in the international digital sphere, the presence of fake news stands out, which can deliberately cause harm, confuse or manipulate citizens, creating distrust in the norms, institutions or in the defined strategies and democratically agreed. In this context, it is exposed the importance of strengthening the education and media skills (knowing, knowing how to do and knowing how to be) of prosumers who produce and consume content , in such a way that access and use of the media is oriented, but also the critical understanding of the messages.
