It is necessary to rethink communication as a category to return to the essence of human sociality and the forms of relationship between subjects. Currently, the above refers to the link between communication and politics, and to the power games in the symbolic scenario. In order to understand communication it is necessary to do so from the complexity of social processes. The right to communication as an enabling right, the role of communicators, participation and incidence.
