The purpose was to develop a Video record for dissemination of the Gastronomic Cosmovision of the Indigenous People PIAROA of the Amazon state in the context of the 21st century. It is based on what is established in the Constitution (1999) and legal framework regarding coresponsibility for registration and dissemination of indigenous ancestral knowledge and by Lara (2012) when he says: "Piaroa, among others, are affected by transculturization and foreign traditions. Therefore, registering and disseminating materials that strengthen the knowledge of these peoples is vital. " (p.34). Modality of Special project, quantitative, descriptive character, field study and documentary revision. Technique: Interview and Script of Interview as Instrument. The population was: a teacher with doctorate; a professional Cheff accredited and knowledgeable of the Piaroa, a Owner of Popular Restaurant; Two members of the Piaroa Indigenous People. The census sample. The results show that the geo-social context conveys multicultural predominance (Piaroa, Criollo, Colombian and Brazilian) that nourishes the gastronomy of the Piaroa people in the 21st century. Culinary expressions typical of the Piaroa People were recorded: Preparation of Spider Mona, Ajicero, Bachaco Culon, Casabe and Yukuta. Based on this, an audiovisual Video Prototype was designed for the dissemination of the Gastronomic Cosmovision of the Piaroa Indigenous People in the context of the 21st century. It is recommended, to promote the broadcast on Youtube platform and to sensitize the teachers of the educational Institutions in relation to the use of the video as educational material.
