When the Webb appeared in 1990, there were many changes in people life, like their behavior, more over their communication. Then, the social networks became part of the new world, where people could hold their speech in an instant way without frontiers. As a result it is different of the real world. But, what about behind these tools? More over talking about these tools, they are places of leisure and entertainment. So the question is: they could result in forming active citizens? The present research tries to determinate, how the communicational interaction inside the social networks helps the building of active citizen. Appointing this communicational interaction as a difficult and dynamic possess it becomes like stablished machine of information networks, dialogue and debate between people. Who let to show by themselves and to be conscious of the people existence. This present research takes of "La Pública" case, a group of the social network Facebook, which was created with the main objective to encourage citizen debate about many topics, which feed by itself with ideas, opinions and arguments of all their members.
