Political Philosophy of “us” synthesizes the ideal place for a political community sustained by democratic ethics and the Human Right to Communication (right and duty) with all its members. The proposal of a “Political Philosophy of Us” goes beyond tolerance, brotherhood, cooperation and proposes a symbiosis between individual and community: the one on the other and vice versa, which is impossible without a truly democratic communication. From a theoretical perspective that citizenship is the raison d’etre of the democratic political system, in its first part, the article conceptualizes the Human Right to Communication as a right and duty to identify, in addition, the rights to him has the own citizenship, the state and other political actors as instances of citizen representation and public media and information. About this, I base the “Political Philosophy of Us”, its principles, its characteristics and emphasizes the central role in their quest unfolds democratic communication and the citizen’s right to her is postulated.
