Which is the status of journalism’ legislation in Bolivia regarding its direct application, jurisprudence and doctrinal analysis? In addition, what proposals for amending and updating it can be inferred from the answer to these questions? This article summarizes the main conclusions of the doctoral thesis that the author will publish soon.
