The violation of privacy and intimacy and all personal rights disturb the dignity of many people. The media tend to invade theprivacyand intimacyofpeople, motivatedby economicandpoliticalreasons. Thelegaland ethical rules are not consistent, nor up to date in this field.Acommunications law could resolve those gaps, specifying offensesand penalties to ensure that these and other communication problems will be regulated.
