The extent of the impacts of globalization on enterprises is proportional to the contemporary cognitive existing gaps in a particular group. It has become indispensable measure the interval between a real situation and a proposal to define the strategies for change. The stage that an organization if finds provide as a diagnosis and a prognosis to indicate the time and the absorption capacity of a new concept of work. Given this complexity, the culture become it main password for the integrated development in organizations, as well as, its interdependence with the communication that has the attribution to interpret and process a transition.
