The emergency of the denominated Bolivian politology in the 90’s to legitimize epistemic, and, mainly, ideologically the democratic denominated hegemonic order neoliberal needed the path way of its analytical task, for this intention it became the presence of a mediatic device that allows the extension and the expansion of the task of the politologist’s necessary that emerged in the small screens and the pages of newspapers with "a neutral and scientific" speech.
