The large number of transformations that are generated on the terrain over which diverse social actors develop, request a profound analysis to understand “being young” in the present time. The author establishes a sketch on two postures that draw a young person to be an inadequate entity and after understanding both visions conceives the essential need of a "desencialización" of the juvenile participation in the social area where the state and the market set the pathway.
