Abbstract In a global context where competition is ruthless, organizations must use the available resources in the most efficient way to improve their communicational processes at in-house level and especially with their immediate customers. In the Bolivian context, in general terms, the traditional use of mass media is the most demanded, dismissing the potential of alternative tools, such as those which emphasize on communication directed towards groups.
