New paradigms emerge from the relationship Communication and Education (C/E). Yet that of the active transmitter - passive receiver or the wise lecturer - ignorant student has not been quite replaced. At the level of contents,the ʻsocio- cultural revoltʼ invites posits that the disassociating elements of rationalism should be regarded as being intertwined with the human being. The so-called paradigm of inclusion states calls for integration into society throughwork in non- traditional education systems characterised by the role of ITʼs. The new paradigms put forward does aim at substituting the school; they rather focus on both what is marginal as well as what is the institution. The key element in the Communication - Education relationship is mutual respect, team work and belonging to a culture. The paper then outlines the seven aspects of knowledge as a springboard to face this new relation in a holistic fashion
