Thyroid orbitopathy (OT), also called orbital Graves’ disease or Graves’ ophthalmopathy, is a manifestation of an autoimmune disease related to hyperthyroidism, especially Graves’ disease, although it can also manifest in cases of autoimmune hypothyroidism. We conducted a review of the diagnosis and therapy of this disease.
