Resumen

Introduction:

Educational strategies in the medical training must promote comprehensive development with the use of technology and humanistic behavior in medical practice through bioethics. Objective: to determine the impact of combining a didactic strategy with the use of a blog in Bioethics education.

Material and methods:

A quali-quantitative study. An educational strategy was designed by a group of teachers, administered and diffused using a blog to assess the impact through the metrics obtained via two gadgets over a year.

Results

: The PLUS strategy was designed and applied, providing quality content disseminated through the Bioeticlass blog, determining an average of 50,000 annual visits, from Mexico, the United States, Spain, and other 32 countries; With an average daily How of 30 visitors and an upward projection of 50 daily visits, the interaction of 285 comments and without any cost.

Conclusion:

The impact on Bioethics education due to the use of the PLUS and management through ICTs was of great interest, accessible 24 hours, durable, very low cost, and with high global impact.
