The organization more frequently well-known as cause of surgical acute abdomen is the acute appendicitis. The association of inguinal acute appendicitis and hernia clogged is rare is well-known like Hernia de Amyand, I diagnose of the same one is made during Trans operative. The election treatment is apendicectomy and herniorrafy of urgency without protésic material by the risk of infection of operating site. By atipy of this pathology the presentation of a clinical case of a patient of masculine sex of 78 years of age is made, which was diagnosed of hernia inguinal complicated nonredoubtible right, strangled and I diagnose of hernia of Amyand was subsequent to the opening of the herniary coat.
