The tuberculosis continues being a problem of public health, a reemergencia of this pathology has taken place, especially after the epidemic of Syndrome of Acquired Inmunodeficiencia (AIDS). He/she is considered that the world population's third carries the bacillus of Koch in latent form, they originate more than 8 million new cases peryear, of which 800.000 are children. Of 600.000 dead children for AIDS in the world, 200.000 were co infected with bacillus of Koch. The adolescents and children with infection for the Virus of the human lnmunodeficiencia (HIV) they present bigger incidence of tuberculosis illness. Consequently, infection should be evaluated by HIV in all the sick people with tuberculosis. The clinic and the radiology of the tuberculosis illness in adolescents and children with infection for the HIV are quite similar to that of the children inmunocompetentes, although they spread to be more serious and stranger and they can include commitment lung extra of multiple organs.
