Besides the recognized ecosystem services provided by mushrooms in all ecosystems of the world one of the most important properties thereof and much appreciated by man are the nutritional. These attribute have been little explored in the Yungas region of Bolivia; therefore, the objective of this study was to identify potentially wild edible mushrooms from Incachaca locality, a Yungas town on 50 km from Cochabamba. Also, index-cards containing morphological characteristics, properties and uses are presented. The results obtained to the field reported two potentially wild edible mushrooms from Incachaca locality: Suillus luteus (L.) Roussel (Suillaceae) and Auricularia delicata (Fr.) Henn (Auriculariaceae). Previously, Bolivian literature from Yungas region reported edible use of Auricularia auricula-judae (Bull.) Quél.(Auriculariaceae) and Auricularia auricula (L.)Underw.(Auriculariaceae). While Suillus luteus (L.) Roussel is reported as edible for the valleys of Cochabamba. This contribution improves the cultural, scientific and culinary knowledge to the Yungas region.
