Abstract

General Objective Establish the attitudes in educational and students, about the educational service that offers the Faculty of Medicine, Infirmar/, Nutrition and Medical Technology, U.M.S.A. December 2005. Design Cut traverse, for inquest. Study population 626 students and 58 educational of the faculty. Methods and mensurations A guide of questionnaire Lickert type was used of 32 Articles, 6 variables and five optional answers. The sampling was token in a probabilistic and stratified way. The carried out analysis was: a) The distribution of frequencies of the attitudes measured by strata, variables and articles. b) Adding the last three options, the favorable attitude was obtained for their analysis. Results and conclusions a. In general we found the following attitudes: 3.8% definitively positive, 18.5% positive, 31.8% indifferent, 31.2% negative and 14.8% definitively negative. The total favorable attitude was of 52.7%, with the following differences: educational 60.5%, students 52%, medicine 53.3%, infirmary 57.2% and Medical Technology 47.3%. For variable of educational service: a) educational model 56.2%, b) organization of the teaching 54.4%, c) facilities and infrastructure 40.7%, d) plan of studies and its structure 62.9%, e) attention to the student or the educational 38.4%, f) Process of teaching-learning 65.1%. b. 61.7% of favorable attitude exists for the boarding school. The attitudes understand the belief and the value on something, these have the ability to condition the form of seeing the things and of acting in people. As it is mentioned in the work, the results found in the study cannot conclude as a grade of satisfaction and less as the quality of the borrowed service. But we can settle down that the favorable attitude and the opinion difference should be improved according to the opinion of those interviewed.
