The metabolic dysfunction in are also analyzed uncontrolled hyperthyroidism and their possible maternal and fetal complications. The antithyroid treatment is the most effective and without complications if used correctly. Surgery is considered as asecond line optionandthe administrationof iodine 131 isclearly contraindicated.
