Abstract We report the tests and solutions corresponding to the Olympiad events referred to in the Article title. For the Bolivian Plurinational Scientific Olympiad 3rd, 4th and 5th grade secondary school students took presential traditional tests in each Bolivian department in December 2022. Of the 66 classified students, a total of 18 medals (gold, silver, bronze) were awarded. For the Bolivian Physics Olympiad, a preselection test was taken by 13 shortlisted students of whom 4 were selected to conform the delegation for the XXVIII Ibero-American Physics Olympiad held in Costa Rica in September 2023. The relevance of the Bolivian Physics Olympiad and the Bolivian Astronomy and Astrophysics Olympiad program, as an incentive for the study of physics in Bolivia, can be consulted in the Rev. Bol. Fis. 39 (2021). In the present article we report only those tests corresponding to the physics section of the program
