Abstract A bibliometric analysis of the Revista Boliviana de Física (RBF) was carried out from three perspectives: using descriptive statistics, classifying variables concerning the size of the range and using complex network analysis. In the first approach, we considered aspects related to the number of articles, authors, institutions, and countries present in each of the editions of the RBF and its evolution. In the second, we searched variables ordered by rank to verify compliance or not of power laws. Finally, we built different types of complex networks related to the countries of the institutions to which the authors are affiliated with the aim of characterizing aspects such as diversity, collaboration, productivity, and influence.
