A semi-analytical model is presented for HII regions with more than one associate exciting star. Nebulae are selected with uniform density composed only of H and O (an approach of two levels appears for the atoms and ions of the oxygen). Associate stars are assumed to radiate as blackbodies and the diffuse field caused in the nebula is omitted having considered the cases A and B. The equations of ionization balance, of the energy balance and of the radiative transfer are solved in a Cartesian cells' arrangement by means of the iterative calculation of the involved physical magnitudes. In this way, the structures of ionization and of electronic temperature for the unidimensional case of nebulae with only one exciting star and for the two and three dimensional cases of nebulae with two and three exciting stars, respectively, are obtained.
