Tracheoesophageal fístula is a congenital malfor-mation whose incidence is 1 in 3000 newborns, where the outcome depends primarily on the variety of presentation and early diagnosis. We report the case of a 6 year old boy with delayed diagnosis of congenital tracheoesophageal fístula underwent to a surgical repair bronchoscopy guided by cannulation of the fístula with favorable evolution.
