We describe a male newborn with Zellweger cerebro-hepato-renal syndrome, characterized by generalized weakness and hypotonia, respiratory distress, poor sucking reflex, high forehead, large fontanelles, low set ears, Brushfield spots, hepatomegaly, persistent ductus arteriosus and interventricular communication.
