Objective: Rectal atresia is a rare anorectal malformation for which many surgical procedures has been described. The aim of this study is to present our experience, the details and outcomes in one male patient with rectal atresia who was submitted to laparoscopic and trans-anal approach at our institution. There were no intraoperative or postoperative complications.
