It is described a three-months old infant with cutaneous and visceral hemangiomas, hepatomegalia, anemia and inadequate heart function. Once carried out the complemmentary tests we concluded with the diagnosis of multiple hemangiomatosis with visceral affectation. We take advantage of the clinical case to make an update of this sickness.
