Abstract

Sirenomelia is an extreme rare congenital malformation; it is produced by inferior limbs fusion. We describe a newborn of 35, 3 weeks, or seven twin pregnancy, the case newborn with inferior limbs fusion and absence of genital organs; who has attended in the neonatology service of Hospital Materno Infantil Los Andes, from La Paz, Bolivia.
